The returned site code.

MasterSiteCode

The returned master site code (otherwise known as the assignment site code). In the case of a proxy site MasterSiteCode is parent primary to which a client can be assigned.

Locality

The three possible values are Local, which means the caller is in the local roaming boundaries. Remote means the caller is in the remote roaming boundaries. Fallback is the fallback management point. This is the assigned site management point.
