RegistrationHint describes the registration hint in Configuration Manager.

Remarks
This element is optional and is valid in native mode only. It is a hexadecimal-encoded signature of the client's SMSID. It must be prepared by using a certificate that has already been registered. If the registration cannot be verified, for example, when the site database is down, the request will be processed as a normal request.
