The ISmsClient2::ClearProxy method, in Configuration Manager, clears the proxy information from the cache. The next request automatically initiates proxy detection.

Data type: BSTRQualifiers: [in]Protocol for which proxy information must be cleared. Possible values are:
  • http

  • https

Return Value

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

S_OK
