In the console tree, double-click Provisioning
Servers.
Click Auditing and Recovery Managers.
In the details pane, right-click the server name, and do one of
the following:
To start the service, click Start.
To stop the service, click Stop.
Caution
If your transaction log database has limited disk space, it is
recommended that you do not stop an auditing and recovery manager
for an extended period of time. Doing so might cause the
transaction log to grow in size until it consumes all available
disk space on the server. Running out of disk space can cause
severe problems for SQL Server and recovery might be
problematic.
Note
To open Provisioning Manager, click Start, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Provisioning Server, and
then click Provisioning Manager.
