To change the authentication level for client
connections
- Open Provisioning Manager.
- In the console tree, double-click Provisioning
Servers.
- Right-click Clients, and then click
Properties.
- Click the appropriate tab:
- To change the authentication level for client connections to
provisioning engines, click Provisioning Engine
Clients.
- To change the authentication level for client connections to
queue managers, click Queue Manager Clients.
- Under Property Values, click Authentication
Level, and then click Edit.
- In the Edit Property dialog box, in the Property
value drop-down box, click the appropriate authentication
level, and then click OK twice.
Notes
- To open Provisioning Manager, click Start, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Provisioning Server, and
then click Provisioning Manager.
- For the highest level of security, set Packet Privacy as
the authentication level.
