Remarks
A schedule entry represents a weekly schedule that defines the days and times during which a recipient or device is available (or unavailable) to receive notifications. After creating a schedule entry, you can assign it to a specific notification recipient or device by adding the entry to the recipient's ScheduleEntries list or to the device's ScheduleEntries list.
Any period of time not explicitly included in a schedule is considered time during which a recipient or device is unavailable.
To define whether the schedule represents available or unavailable time, set the value of the ScheduleEntryType property.
