Use the Company Knowledge tab on the Monitor Properties dialog box to view, create, or edit the company knowledge article for the monitor.

This tab contains the following elements.

Save

Saves the knowledge article to the Management Pack.

Edit

Opens a password-protected Microsoft Office Word file that contains an outline for your company knowledge article, where you can draft the article.

Select destination management pack

Provides a drop-down list from which you can select a destination Management Pack.

New

Opens the Create a Management Pack Wizard, where you can create a new Management Pack.
