Use the Knowledge tab on the Management Pack Properties dialog box to view or edit company knowledge. The existing knowledge article appears in the text box.

This tab contains the element described in the following table.

Edit

Enabled only if the Management Pack is unsealed. Opens a Microsoft Word file that you can use to modify the knowledge article.
