Use this page of the Create Rule wizard to provide information about the performance counter for your rule.
The Performance Object, Counter and Instance page contains the elements described in the following table.
Name | Description |
---|---|
Object |
The name of the performance object. The wildcard characters * and ? are supported. |
Counter |
Value of the Counter property of the object. |
Instance |
The instance of the object. |
Browse |
Opens the Select Performance Counter dialog box. |
Include all instances for the selected counter |
Specifies that all instances of the object should be included. |
Interval |
A spin box from which you can select a numerical value, and a list from which you can select a unit of time to set the interval at which the performance counter is sampled. |
