Use the Performance Counter tab to specify which performance counters you want to collect when a request is made.

The Performance Counter tab contains the following elements:

Base page

Provides a list of performance counters for the page served by the Request URL.

Links

Provides a list of performance counters for links off of the base page.

Resources

Provides a list of performance counters for resources. Resources include CSS files, images, and scripts.

Total

Provides a list of performance counters for the total request. These performance counters are a single number that includes the counters for the base page, the links, and the resources.
