Use this page to approve tasks that members of the user role can run. This page is available when you start the wizard under the following contexts:

This page contains the elements described in the following table.

Name Description

All tasks are automatically approved, including tasks in Management Packs imported in the future

Approves every task defined in all installed Management Packs for this user role. When additional Management Packs are installed, tasks in those Management Packs are automatically approved.

Only tasks explicitly added to the 'Approved tasks' grid are approved

Approves only tasks that you choose, as listed in Approved tasks.

Approved tasks

Lists tasks in installed Management Packs that you manually approve.

Add

Opens the Select Tasks dialog box in which you can select or clear all or specific tasks defined in installed Management Packs.

Remove

Removes selected tasks from the approved tasks list.

Task description

Displays the task description, if it has been described in the Management Pack.
