Use this page to set up an account for the user that SQL Server Reporting Services uses to run queries against the Operations Manager reporting Reporting Data Warehouse.

Option	Description
User Account	Provides a space to enter the user name of the account for the user.
Password	Provides a space to enter the password for the account.
Domain	Provides a drop-down list from which you can select the domain that contains the account.
