Create a Notification Group

Create a notification group for your management group by using the Microsoft® Operations Manager (MOM) Administrator console.

To create a notification group

1. In the Navigation pane, click Management Packs.
2. In the Detail pane, expand Notificationto navigate to Notification Groups.
3. In the Detail pane, right-click Notification Groups, and then click Create Notification Group. The Notification Group Propertiesdialog box opens.
4. To complete the process of creating a notification group, follow the instructions in the Notification Group Propertiesdialog box.

  Note   

To open the Notification Group Propertiesdialog box, you can also click Notificationin the Detail pane, and then click Create Notification Group.
