Use the MOM Operator console to resolve alerts.
To resolve an alert:
- In the Results pane, right-click the alert that you want to
resolve, and click
Set Alert Resolution State to.
- Select one of the following resolution states:

New
-
Resolved
-
Acknowledged
-
Level 1: Assigned to help desk or local support

Level 2: Assigned to subject matter expert

Level 3: Requires scheduled maintenance

Level 4: Assigned to external group or vendor
