Search Previous Results

When you have performed a search, you can specify that any subsequent searches be performed only on the topics that were found in the previous search results.

To search on previous topics only

1. In the navigation pane of the Help Viewer, click the Searchtab.
2. Click the Search previous resultscheck box.
3. Type a word or a phrase.
4. Click List Topicsto display a list of the topics that contain the word or phrase that you specified.
5. In the list, double-click the topic title to display the topic.

The search targets only the last group of topics that were searched.
