Rule Search: General

Use this dialog box to specify general criteria of the rule for which you are searching.

This dialog box contains the following options:

Rule name

Specify the rule name, or identify it by using wild card characters or text strings within the name.

Rule type

Specify the type of rule for which you are searching.

All rule types

Specify to search all rule types for the specified rule. You can search by rule name, last modified information, and rule response information.

Event rules

Specify to search all event rules. You can refine your search by specifying data provider, event criteria, and rule response information.

Alert rules

Specify to search all alert rules. You can refine your search by specifying alert criteria and rule response information.

Performance rules

Specify to search all performance rules. You can refine your search by specifying performance criteria and rule response information.

Last modified

Specify the date and time that the rule was last modified, as well as the account that last modified this rule.
