Use this tab to specify performance counter provider properties.
This tab contains the following options:
- Name
- Specify the name of the performance provider.
- Counter definitions
- Specify the computer from which to read performance counter definitions.
- Browse
- Browse for the computer from which to read performance counters.
- Object
- Specify the name of the performance object to sample.
- Advanced
- Specify advanced counter features to sample.
- Counter
- Specify the name of the performance counter to sample.
- Instance
- Specify the performance counter instances to sample. The special instance <All>indicates that the provider supplies values for all instances of a given counter.
- Description
- Displays the description of the selected performance object and counter. This box is read-only.
- Sample every
- Specify how often the performance counter provider samples data.
