Configure Global Settings

Use the MOM Administrator console to configure the available global settings . You must be a member of the MOM Administrators group to change any of the global settings.

To configure global settings

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Microsoft Operations Manager.
  2. In the Detail pane, click Administration, and then click Global Settings.

    If you right-click the Global Settingsnode in the Navigation pane, you can edit three of the most common global settings by picking one of the following: Global Settings, Management Server Properties, or Agent Settings.

  3. In the Detail pane, right-click the global setting that you want to change, and then click Properties.
