Set Maintenance Mode
The Set Maintenance Mode object will toggle Maintenance Mode on a machine or group of machines that are monitored by MOM. All alerts and events generated by a computer in the Maintenance Mode state will be ignored. When putting a machine or group of machines in Maintenance Mode, you can specify the time before the machine will be removed from the Maintenance Mode state. Computer groups are configured using the MOM 2005 server administrator. The Opalis MOM 2005 Connector Service and the MOM 2005 server must be running properly for the list of groups to be populated in the Maintenance Mode task.
