Change Job Status

The Change Job Status object changes the status of a job that you specify.

How it is used

Use the Change Job Status object to change a job status from “failure” to “success” in response to object execution results.

Configuration

To configure the Change Job Status object, you need to know the name of the connection you want to use, the status information that you want to apply to the job, and the name of the job that you want to change the status for.

Name	Click the ellipsis button (...) and select the connection that you want to use.
status	Click in the field to the right of the word Status, click the ellipisis button (...) and select the status that you want to apply to this field: • Success • Failure • Inactive
job_name	Click in the field to the right of the word job_name and type the job name that you want to apply the changed status to.

Command line	The command that was sent to CA AutoSys WA.
AutoSys connection	The CA AutoSys WA connection that was used.
Error output	The error output returned by the CA AutoSys WA command.
Exit code	The exit code returned by the CA AutoSys WA command.
Standard output	The output returned by the CA AutoSys WA command.
job_name	The name of the job for which the status was changed.
status	The new status assigned to the job.
