Converting Assemblies into
Custom Integration Packs
You can convert an assembly that you
created using the Quick Integration Kit Command Line Interface
Wizard into a custom Integration Pack that you deploy in your
organization. To convert the assembly, you use the Quick
Integration Kit Wizard.

To convert an assembly
into a custom Integration Pack:
1.

Open the Quick Integration Kit
Wizard, or click the Build
Integration Pack button on the last splashscreen of the
Quick Integration Kit Command Line Interface Wizard.

On the first and second screens,
provide the information that is required to create the custom
Integration Pack.

3.
|
On the third screen, you create
a custom object for the custom Integration Pack based on the
functionality of one of the classes from your assembly. To create a
custom object, click Add.

In the Library field, browse for the assembly
file that you created.
|
5.
|
Click the ellipsis button
(...) to the right of the
Class field and browse for
the class. Click OK.
|

Repeat steps 3 to 5 for each
additional custom object that you want to add to the custom
Integration Pack.

7.
|
Follow the rest of the steps of
the wizard to create the .oip file, which is the file that you
distribute in your organization to deploy your custom Integration
Pack.

8.

To deploy the custom Integration
Pack, you use the Deployment Manager. Copy the .oip file that you
created to the hard drive of the computer where you will use the
Deployment Manager.

Open the Deployment Manager and
register the custom Integration Pack, then deploy the custom
Integration Pack according to the instructions in the Deployment
Manager Online Help.
