Delete Alert

The Delete Alert object deletes an alert that you specify from the IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus ObjectServer.

How it is used

Use the Delete Alert object to delete an alert that has been replaced by a different one.

Configuration

To configure the Delete Alert object you need to know the name of the ObjectServer that you want to connect to and the identifier of the alert that you are deleting.

Connection	Type the name of the ObjectServer connection that you want to use, or click the ellipsis (…) button and browse for it.
Identifier	Type the identifier of the alert that you want to delete.

Available Published Data

This object generates Published Data items dynamically according to the fields that you selected when you constructed the alert.
