Connecting to System Center
Operations Manager
Before you can use the objects in
this Integration Pack, you must configure a connection to at least
one System Center Operations Manager server.
In the Properties dialog for each object, you
select which System Center Operations Manager connection you want
to use.
To add a System Center
Operations Manager connection:
1.

In the Opalis Integration Server
Client, click the Options
menu and select Microsoft
Operations Manager 2007.
The Microsoft System Center
Operations Manager Connections dialog appears and displays
a list of all configured connections.

Click Add. The MS System Center Operations Manager Connection
Settings dialog appears.

Type the Name of the Operations Manager
server..Or click the browse button and select it.
|
4.

Type the Domain to use to login. Or click the
browse button and select it.
|
5.

In the User name field, type the user name of
the account that you use to access System Center Operations
Manager.

6.
|
In the Password field, type the password that
you use to access System Center Operations Manager.

7.
|
To test the connection, click
Test Connection.
|
8.
|
Click OK. The connection appears in the list
on the MS System Center
Operations Manager
Connection Settings dialog.

9.
|
Continue adding connections. To
remove or edit an item, select it and click Remove or Edit respectively.
