Get Work Order
The Get Work Order object retrieves work orders from HP OpenView Operations Service Desk according to filter criteria that you specify.How it is usedUse the Get Work Order object to retrieve work orders from HP OpenView Operations Service Desk and replicate them to another trouble ticketing system in your organization.ConfigurationTo configure the Get Work Order object you need to know the properties of the work orders that you are retrieving.Details tabThe list displays all filters that you have created.To add a filter:
1. Click Add. The Edit Filter dialog appears.
2. From the Field drop-down list, select the field that you want to search in.
3. From the Relation drop-down list, select the relation that you will use to compare for your search.
4. In the Value field, type the value that you will search for in the item that you selected. Do not use quotation marks when specifying the value.
5. Click OK. The filter appears in the list.
6. To edit the filter, select it and click Edit. To remove the filter, select it and click Remove.Note: When you specify a filter that uses the "Equals" relation, you cannot use any other filters for that field, nor add a filter with the "Equals" relation if you have already specified filters for that field.The common fields that are used as part of an HP OpenView Operations Service Desk work order are available as Published Data. Name Description Work orders count The number of work orders that were found. Login server The name of the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server computer. Login port The port number used to communicate with the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server. Login username The name of the user used to login to the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server. Work Order Actual finish The time that the work order was finished. Work Order Closure code The closure code assigned to the work order. Work Order Description The description of the work order. Work Order ID The ID of the work order. Work Order Impact The impact of the work order. Work Order Status The status of the work order.
