Close Work Order

The Close Work Order object closes an open work order.

How it is used

Use the Close Work Order object to automatically close a work order after a Policy has corrected the problem that triggered the creation of the work order.

Configuration

To configure the Close Work Order object you need to know the ID of the work order that you want to close.

Details tab

 

ID	Type the ID of the work order that you are closing, or insert a Published Data item from another object.

The list of required fields also appear. You must configure all of these fields.

Available Published Data

 

Name	Description
Login server	The name of the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server computer.
Login port	The port number used to communicate with the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server.
Login username	The name of the user used to login to the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server.
Work Order Actual finish	The time that the work order was finished.
Work Order Closure code	The closure code assigned to the work order.
Work Order Description	The description of the work order.
Work Order ID	The ID of the work order.
Work Order Impact	The impact of the work order.
Work Order Status	The status of the work order.
