Close Change

The Close Change object closes an open change item.

How it is used

Use the Close Change object to automatically close a change item after a Policy has implemented the change that triggered the creation of the change item.

Configuration

To configure the Close Change object you need to know the ID of the change item that you are closing.

ID	Type the ID of the change item that you are closing, or insert a Published Data item from another object.

The list of required fields also appears. You must configure all of these fields

Name	Description
Login server	The name of the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server computer.
Login port	The port number used to communicate with the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server.
Login username	The name of the user used to login to the HP OpenView Operations Service Desk server.
