
Get Service Call
The Get Service Call object
retrieves service calls from HP OpenView Operations Service Desk
according to filter critereia that you specify.
How it is used
Use the Get Service Call object to
retrieve service calls from HP OpenView Operations Service Desk and
replicate them to another trouble ticketing system in your
organization.
Configuration
To configure the Get Service Call
object you need to know the properties of the service calls that
you are retrieving.
Details tab
The list shows all the filters that
you have configured. To edit or remove a filter, select the item
and click Edit or
Remove respectively.
To add a filter:

Click Add. The Edit Filter dialog appears.

In the Field field, type the name of the field
that you want to filter against, or click the ellipsis
(…) button to browse for
it.

From the Relation drop-down list, select the
relation that you will use to compare the value of the field to the
value that you will specify in the next step.

In the Value field, type the value that you
will compare to the value that you typed in the Field field and click OK. The filter is added to the list. Do
not use quotation marks (") when entering the value.

Note: When you specify a filter that
uses the "Equals" relation, you cannot use any other filters for
that field, nor add a filter using the "Equals" relation if you
have already specified filters for that field.
Available Published Data
The common fields that are used as
part of an HP OpenView Operations Service Desk service call are
available as Published Data. The names of the Published Data items
for each field reflect the names of each of the fields in the HP
OpenView Operations Service Desk client.

The time that the service call
finished.

Service call Closure code
|
The closure code assigned to
the service call.

|
The description of the service
call.

The ID of the service
call.

|
The status of the service
call.
