Microsoft Provisioning Framework SDK and documentation

The Microsoft Provisioning Framework (MPF) installation CD includes the Microsoft Provisioning Framework Software Development Kit (SDK) and MPF documentation (MPF.chm file). The Microsoft Provisioning Framework SDK provides information and resources you can use to extend and customize Microsoft Provisioning Framework. For instance, it contains Microsoft Visual Studio add-ins that simplify the creation of custom providers.

The Microsoft Provisioning Framework documentation provides detailed information about using the SDK, as well as general MPF deployment and operations information.

The Microsoft Provisioning Framework SDK and documentation include the following information:

• Descriptions of MPF, including MPF architecture and security
• Prerequisites, installation procedures, and other information for deploying MPF
