Returns a list of currently registered resource models from the Resource Manager Database. Used by Microsoft. Provisioning Framework (MPF).

resourceModel	Description: Encapsulates data needed to describe a resource model. Parent: executeData Children: modelDescription (minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1") modelName (minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1")
models	Description: Encapsulates a list of resource models. Parent: executeData Child: resourceModel (minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="*")
