Exchange OAB Resource Manager::QueryServerByOrg

This procedure returns the store and server allocated to a customer organization. If the customer organization has not yet had an OAB allocated for it, the following exception will be thrown:

"The specified consumer instance does not exist" code="0xc2201bc5"
