IIS Provider::SetProperties (ControlSite)

The SetProperties (ControlSite) method allows you to control the running status of a website, FTP site, NNTP, SMTP, or POP3 service. The status of the site is available in the site's ServerState property. Setting the ServerState triggers special handling in the IIS Provider that makes appropriate calls to put the server into the requested state.
