Rollback
For the SetNTRightsAssignment method, rollback consists of calling the RemoveNTRights Assignment method. Prior to performing this action, the provider reads the given right to confirm that the user indicated does not currently have the right being requested. If this is the case, the information is stored so the provider can remove this right from the user if rollback is necessary. If the user had this right prior to the call being made, rollback action does not remove the user, because that would result in a state inconsistent with that of the environment prior to this transaction.
