Hosted Live Communications::InitializeHostedLiveCommunications

The InitializeHostedLiveCommunications procedure initializes hosted Live Communications Server 2005. You should run this procedure once after installing the namespace to create an Live Communications Server 2005 plan type in the Plans database.
