If the service to be removed has related enabled service plans, an exception is thrown. Related plan types can exist even if the service is deleted.

If the service to be removed is a part of any service dependencies, an exception is thrown.

The Service has two status codes available, Enabled or Deleted. Removing a service marks it as Deleted.

Caller must be at least a member of role: DomainAdmins.
