Exchange Resource Manager::AllocateOrganization

The procedure AllocateOrganization finds and allocates the resources that an organization is permitted to use. This includes the resources used for private mailboxes and public folders owned by the organization. This call attempts to minimize the number of separate mail stores allocated to an organization whenever that is convenient. This procedure will fail if there is insufficient room in the system for the requested new storage, or if any explicitly requested mail store is unavailable.

If explicit mail stores are not supplied, the list of mail stores used will be returned in <sourceMailStores>.
