Hosteded Active Directory::CreateIIWResellerOrganization

This procedure creates an IIW (Individual Information Worker) Reseller Organization, modeled closely on Hosted Active Directory::CreateResellerOrganization. It performs the following tasks.

Calls Managed Active Directory::CreateOrganization
- policyName == reseller
Calls Managed Plans::CreateCustomer
- customerTypeName = IIWResellerOrg
Sets a value of the BusinessCategory property on the organization to IIWReseller.

Setting the property BusinessCategory allows for performing filtered Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) searches to identify these organizations. Having a way to quickly identify IIW Reseller organizations vs. standard organizations will be valuable for developers of control panels that display views of both IIW and business resellers and organizations.
