<path>	Yes	The Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) path of the user in the Service Provider domain.
<preferredDomainController>	Yes	The name of the preferred domain controller in the Service Provider domain.

The GetUserSettings procedure has the following security requirements:

• The caller is impersonated.
• Minimum security role is UserCreators.
