Allows you to specify the name and description of the attribute.
The fields are defined as follows:
Name
Specifies the name of the attribute. The first character of the
name must be a letter. Subsequent characters can be letters,
numbers, underscores, or blanks. Do not include any parentheses or
commas in the name of the attribute.
Description
Specifies a description of the attribute.
Enabled
Specifies whether statistics on this attribute are currently
collected.
