Computer Group Properties, Formula Tab

Allows you to specify a Boolean formula that must evaluate True for a computer to be included in the computer group. The fields are defined as follows:

Specify the formula for the computer group

Specifies the computer grouping formula that must evaluate True for a computer to be included in the computer group. You can enter up to 1000 characters in the formula.

For example, to specify a computer grouping formula that matches computers running Windows 2000, enter:

AttributeValue(NT Current Version) = "5.0"
	

Insert

Allows you to insert expressions into the computer grouping formula.

Operator

Allows you to insert a Boolean operator into the computer grouping formula.

Function

Allows you to insert a function into the computer grouping formula.

Attribute

Allows you to insert a computer attribute into the computer grouping formula. Enclose the attribute name in single quotes in the expression.

Computer Group

Allows you to insert a computer group into the formula.
