All Agents Window

Allows you to view summary information for all computers containing Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 (MOM) agents in the configuration group. Each row in the right pane displays information for an individual computer. Computers are sorted by alert severity and computer name. The fields are defined as follows:

Severity
Specifies the most severe unresolved alert for the computer.
Computer
Specifies the name of the computer.
Description
Specifies the description of the computer.
Last Contact
Specifies the last time the agent on the computer contacted a Consolidator.
New Alerts
Specifies the number of alerts with a resolution state of New.
Service Unavailable
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with a severity of Service Unavailable.
Critical Error
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with a severity of Critical Error.
Error
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with a severity of Error.
Warning
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with a severity of Warning.

To add columns to the right pane, click View on the menu bar, and then click Columns on the View menu. You can add the following columns:

Agent Directory
Specifies the folder where the MOM agent software is installed on the computer.
Agent Installed
Specifies whether an agent is installed on the computer.
Custom Data1
Specifies a user-defined, user-populated column.
Custom Data2
Specifies a user-defined, user-populated column.
Domain
Specifies the domain to which the computer belongs.
GUID
Specifies the globally unique identifier for the computer.
Information
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with an alert severity of Information.
Security Breach
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with an alert severity of Security Breach.
Success
Specifies the number of unresolved alerts with an alert severity of Success.
Type
Specifies the type of the computer, such as server, workstation, primary domain controller (PDC), or backup domain controller (BDC).
