Resolution State Edit Window
Allows you to create a new or modify an existing alert
resolution state. The fields are defined as follows:
- Name
- Specifies the name of the alert resolution state.
- ID
- Specifies the numeric value for the alert resolution
state.
- Alerts should remain in this resolution state no longer than
___ ___
- Specifies the Service Level Agreement time in minutes, hours,
or days.
