The reports display the information from the selected data
source. Therefore, you must select a data source before viewing,
printing, or saving the reports. Then, you can view or print a
report, as well as save a report in HTML format.
Notes
Before selecting any reports, select a default printer on the
workstation on which you run MOM Reporting.
When generating multiple reports, MOM Reporting uses the
criteria last specified for each report. Therefore, before
generating multiple reports, set the desired criteria for each
report. For more information about the criteria, see Viewing or Printing a Report.
This tool uses the Short date style and Time style specified in
the Regional and Language Options application in Control Panel. For
more information, see Understanding Dates and
Times.
You should use a screen resolution of 800×600 or larger.
Specify the report criteria in the right pane of MOM Reporting
for each report that you want to view or print. To view the
criteria for a report, select that report in the left pane of MOM
Reporting.
Click File on the menu bar.
Click Print or View Multiple Reports on the File
menu.
Select the desired reports on the Print Report Set window.
Click the button for the desired action:
To view the selected reports, click View.
To print the selected reports, click Print.
To save the selected reports in HTML format, click Save as
HTML.
If you are viewing the reports, MOM Reporting opens a window
for each selected report. To view a report, select the desired
window from the Window menu. To close a report you are
viewing, press the ESC key.
