Viewing Data Provider Properties

You can view properties for most data providers. Some providers, such as the Generic provider, do not have properties to view.

To view data provider properties:

1. Expand Microsoft Operations Manager (default) in the left pane.
2. Expand Rules in the left pane.
3. Expand Advanced in the left pane.
4. Click Providers in the left pane.
5. In the right pane, click the data provider with properties you want to view.
6. Click Action on the menu bar.
7. Click Properties on the Action menu.
