Importing a Management Pack Module Component

A Management Pack module component, also called an ADF file, contains SeNTry 2.x filters, alerts, and missing events. An imported Management Pack module component is converted into a Management Pack module and creates a new processing rule group.

To import a Management Pack module component:

1. Expand Microsoft Operations Manager (default) in the left pane.
2. Expand Rules in the left pane.
3. Expand Processing Rule Group in the left pane.
4. Click the processing rule group into which you want to import the Management Pack module component.
5. Click Action on the menu bar.
6. Click Import ADF.
7. Specify the desired values.
8. Click Import.
