Deleting a Script

If a script is no longer required by a processing rule, you can delete it. You cannot delete a script that is referenced by a processing rule. You must first delete the reference to the script from the processing rule.

To delete a script:

  1. Expand Microsoft Operations Manager (default) in the left pane.
  2. Expand Rules in the left pane.
  3. Expand Advanced in the left pane.
  4. Click Scripts in the left pane.
  5. Click the script in the right pane that you want to delete.
  6. Click the Action menu.
  7. Click Delete on the Action menu.
  8. Click Yes.
