Printing Help Topics

You can print a single Help topic or all Help topics under a selected heading. If you want to print all Help topics under a selected heading, configure Microsoft Internet Explorer to optimize printing.

To configure Internet Explorer settings to print multiple Help topics:

1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer in the Microsoft Office program folder.
2. Click View on the menu bar.
3. Click Text Size on the View menu.
4. Click Smallest on the Text Size menu.
5. Click Tools on the menu bar.
6. Click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
7. Click Fonts on the Internet Options window.
8. Select Arial, and then click OK.
9. Click OK on the Internet Options window, and then close Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To print all Help topics under a heading:

1. In the left pane of Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 Help, click the heading containing the topics you want to print.
2. Click the Print icon on the toolbar.
3. Click Print the selected heading and all its subtopics.
4. Specify the desired print parameters, and then click OK.

To print a single Help topic:

1. In the left pane of Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 Help, expand the heading containing the topic you want to print.
2. Click the topic you want to print.
3. Click the Print icon on the toolbar.
4. Click OK to print only the selected topic.
5. Specify the desired print parameters, and then click OK.
