Processor Capacity Planning

MOM Reporting provides this report sorted in several ways:

• Processor Capacity Planning by Day (24-hour period)
• Processor Capacity Planning by Peak Hours (7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.)

This report provides a graph of the processor capacity for each specified server during the specified time period. The graph indicates minimum, maximum, and average daily usage. For Windows NT computers, the performance counter is System / % Total Processor Time. For Windows 2000 computers, the performance counter is Processor / Processor Time Instance_Total. This report provides one graph for each specified server.
