Top 100 Exchange Senders

This report provides a list of the top 100 Exchange senders during a specified period of time, as reported in the Exchange Message Transfer Agent (MTA) log. Exchange senders are mailboxes on this Exchange server that have sent non-SMTP e-mail. MOM Reporting provides this report sorted in several ways:

• Top 100 Exchange Senders by Message Count
• Top 100 Exchange Senders by Size

The columns of this report are defined as follows:

Sender

Specifies the Exchange mailbox where the e-mail originated.

Server

Specifies the server where the MTA log is located.

Sent (MB)

Specifies the size, in megabytes, of all e-mail sent by the mailbox identified in the Sender column.

Message Count

Specifies the number of e-mails sent by the mailbox identified in the Sender column.
