After you have prepared the prerequisite infrastructure for MDT, you are ready to prepare the MDT deployment environment for UDI.

To prepare the MDT deployment environment for UDI deployments

1.   Preparing the prerequisite infrastructure as described in Prepare the Prerequisite Infrastructure for UDI Deployments.

2.   Install a new instance of MDT on the deployment server, or upgrade an existing instance of MDT to MDT as described in Install or Upgrade to MDT for UDI Deployments.

3.   Obtain the software that UDI requires as described in Obtain the Software That the UDI Deployment Process Requires.

4.   Enable Configuration Manager console integration with MDT as described in Enable Configuration Manager Console Integration for UDI.
