You can manage folders in a deployment share using command-line tools, such as the mkdir command, or using Windows PowerShell cmdlets, such as the New-Item cmdlet and the MDTProvider Windows PowerShell provider. The same folder structure of deployment shares can also be seen and managed in the Deployment Workbench.
